2007 Abati Yachts 55 Portland

In 2007 this yacht was carefully followed by a surveyor during the construction. It is highly finished and also the only unit of Portland 55 model with whitened oak floor and with 40 cm longer the bathing platform. She has 3 cabins + crew: 2 double cabins and one twin cabin each with private head.  The dinette is double : on the main deck and on the  below deck. The crew cabin with head has an independent access from the cockpit.
The length (specified in the document) is 16.68 meters. The lenght overall is 18,30 meters
Recent works:
-complete awlgrip (blu) painting;
- hull sanding;
- all new gel batteries (services, generator and engines):
- 2 new battery charger;
- all the external mohogany wood has been restored;
- new anchor winch ;
- tek deck completely renewed;
- cleaning of the fuel and water tanks;
- RINA techincial visit certified in 2022 and it is valid until 2027;
- new safety equipment renewed in 2022.

I was the dealer of Abati Yachts. sold this unit on project and followed the entire construction. In 2010 the yacht was sold to the actual owner.

Imbarcazione rifinitissima, attentamente seguita durante la costruzione. E' l 'unico esemplare con pavimento in rovere sbiancato e la plancetta di poppa più lunga di 40 cm.. 3 Cabine (2 matrimoniali e una doppia) + equipaggio  ognuna con bagno privato. La barca ha una doppia dinette (sul ponte principale e sottocoperta) e cabina equipaggio con servizio ha un accesso indipendente dal pozzetto.
La lunghezza sulla licenza di navigazione è 16,68.
Lavori eseguiti: 
- è stata completamente riverniciata in Awl grip.
- la carena (opera viva) è stata portata a zero 
- 2 caricabatterie nuovi (servizi e motori)
- batterie al gel tutte nuove
- verricello ancora nuovo
- trattamento completo di tutti i legni esterni (comprese le cornici delle finestrature)
- ponte in tek levigato
- pulizia dei serbatoi
- Visita tecnica Rina nel 2022 con validità x 5 anni
- dotazioni di sicurezza nuove del 2022.
Nel 2007 ho venduto questa barca al primo Proprietario che nel 2010 l'ha venduta 
all'attuale Armatore.
